These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Speed Reading mobile application (“App”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App in accordance with these Terms and Apple’s applicable App Store rules.
The App may or may not require an account. If account features are offered, you are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for activity under your account.
The App may offer auto-renewing subscriptions or one-time purchases. Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period in your Apple account settings. Pricing and available plans are shown in the App at purchase time.
If a free trial is offered, it may convert to a paid subscription unless you cancel before the trial ends. Trial eligibility and duration are described at signup.
Billing and refunds for purchases made through Apple are handled by Apple according to Apple’s policies. Contact Apple Support for refund requests.

The App, including its design, text, graphics, and software, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You receive no ownership rights beyond the limited license above.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. Reading speed and comprehension results vary; the App does not guarantee specific outcomes or professional, medical, or educational certification.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the App.
We may suspend or terminate access to the App if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the service. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.
We may modify these Terms. We will post the updated Terms on this site and update the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in your jurisdiction as required by mandatory consumer protection rules, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where Apple’s required terms apply to iOS users.
If you use the App on iOS, you acknowledge that these Terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. Apple has no obligation to maintain or support the App. For third-party claims that the App infringes intellectual property rights, Apple is not responsible. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
